  Upgraded my husband's phone at Team Wireless yesterday and what a fiasco. Informed by Kaitlin that Hum would be complimentary with my upgrade and I could place in my car if I wished. I also purchased a phone case and a screen protector for my husband's phone. I was initially overcharged for my purchases plus sales tax on the new phone. I was eventually refunded an amount that Kaitlin deemed appropriate. Still believe I was overcharged. I returned the Hum equipment today as I was informed by Verizon Customer service when I called that Hum complimentary only for one month and I would have a two year contract with a monthly fee. When I returned the equipment I was informed by Kaitlin that she could not give me a paper receipt to show I had returned equipment, but tot expect an email "within an hour or so". I received an email with attached PDF starting I would be charged an early termination fee. During the whole process I was in touch with my original phone Verizon Rep via text. She noted no termination fee on my account. Did note that it showed equipment returned. She is monitoring my account to ensure that a restocking fee is not added to my next bill. The entire incident was time consuming and unnecessary. Never again!
